brt939 Terms and Conditions

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and brt939 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the brt939 website and all services offered through it, including sports betting, live casino, casino games, account management and payment processing.

These Terms apply to all users of the brt939 platform regardless of the device, browser or method used to access it. Using any part of the platform — including browsing without an account — constitutes acceptance of these Terms to the extent applicable.

brt939 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform. Continued use of brt939 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and should be read in the context of Pakistan-based users. Where any ambiguity arises, the plain meaning of the language used will apply. These Terms do not create any partnership, employment, agency or joint venture relationship between you and brt939.

2 Eligibility

To register and use brt939 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• Be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of brt939 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• Not be self-excluded or subject to any restriction imposed by brt939 that would prevent account registration.

brt939 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, access restrictions or the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

brt939 does not knowingly permit access to persons who are prohibited from using such platforms under the laws of their jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using brt939 is lawful in your location. brt939 makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on brt939. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, brt939 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets and withhold balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If any information changes — such as your contact number or payment details — update your account promptly. brt939 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawals.

brt939 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not confer any guarantee of ongoing access to the platform.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your brt939 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not allow any third party to access your account. brt939 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat.

Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a breach of account security to brt939 support promptly after becoming aware of it.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact brt939 support immediately and change your password. brt939 will investigate reports of unauthorised access but cannot accept liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security at your end.

You must not use another person's account to place bets or access any services on brt939. Account sharing is a prohibited activity under these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

5 Deposits

All deposits on brt939 are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is shown in the cashier section of your account for each available payment method. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit/credit cards. Available methods may change — check the cashier section for the current list.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit originates from an account held by someone other than the registered brt939 account holder — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, brt939 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and may reverse the deposit.

brt939 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or currency handling charges independently of brt939. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure.

Deposit limits may be applied at your own request for responsible gaming purposes through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any upward adjustment takes effect.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the cashier section of your brt939 account at any time. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a verified payment account in your name.

Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any subsequent point at brt939's discretion — you may be required to complete identity verification. This may involve providing a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and verification of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory verification is completed.

brt939 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may have their own applicable charges. The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is shown in the cashier section.

brt939 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline any withdrawal request where fraud is suspected, where account verification is incomplete, or where a withdrawal would reduce an account balance below any applicable minimum balance required to cover unsettled bets.

Funds deposited but not used for betting or gaming activity may be subject to a review process before withdrawal in accordance with anti-fraud procedures. If you deposited and wish to withdraw without having placed any bets, contact support to request a deposit reversal.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on brt939 are subject to the market-specific rules applicable at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. Odds are fixed at the time of placement unless stated otherwise — for example, certain "starting price" markets where final odds are determined at event start.

brt939 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, account status and market type. The betslip displays the maximum stake allowed for any given selection before confirmation. Bets that exceed these limits may be partially accepted or declined at brt939's discretion.

Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining selections. The resulting odds reflect the product of the remaining non-void selections.

Suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns or any attempt to benefit from inside information constitutes fraud. brt939 cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies and reserves the right to withhold and investigate any bet suspected of being placed in connection with such activity.

8 In-Play Betting

In-play betting on brt939 allows you to place bets after a sporting event has commenced. Odds update continuously during live events. There is a brief acceptance window between bet selection and confirmation during which odds may change. If the odds change during this window, you will be shown the updated odds before confirming your bet.

brt939 may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event at its discretion — for example, during significant incidents such as wickets in cricket, goals in football, or while verifying live scores. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be declined or accepted at the updated odds when markets reopen.

In-play bet settlements follow the same rules as pre-match bets for the same market type. Live score data displayed on brt939 is provided for informational purposes and may carry a short delay. brt939 is not responsible for any in-play betting decisions made based on a misunderstanding of current match status due to data delay.

9 Casino and Live Casino

The casino and live casino sections on brt939 are subject to these Terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for standard casino games and by live dealers for live casino titles.

brt939 makes no guarantee of winning outcomes in any casino or live casino game. Casino and live casino games are entertainment products where the house edge means that over time the platform retains a statistical advantage. Any winnings are credited to your PKR account balance and are subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

Malfunctions in casino or live casino games — including technical errors, disconnections or software faults that prevent a round from completing — void all bets associated with that round and the stake is returned. brt939 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions beyond the stake amount for the affected round.

10 Bonuses and Promotions

brt939 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. General bonus terms set out here apply in addition to offer-specific conditions.

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates — any unused bonus balance expires at the end of the validity period and is removed from your account.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. The order in which real money and bonus funds are used in betting is determined by brt939's system and described in each offer's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirement mechanics — is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and account review.
• brt939 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on brt939 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or another person's identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to access or interact with brt939 systems.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Sharing account access with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in coordination with, other players for the purpose of extracting bonuses or manipulating outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates fraud, money laundering or any other illegal conduct through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with any part of the brt939 platform or its underlying systems.
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information related to a sporting event, or in connection with any match-fixing activity.

brt939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed, to void associated bets and to withhold balances pending investigation. Serious cases may be reported to relevant authorities.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your brt939 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, ensure all pending bets are settled and your balance has been withdrawn. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for return via your last verified payment method.

brt939 may suspend or close your account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required verification within a specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed by brt939 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances, net of any amounts owed to brt939, will be returned following investigation completion.

13 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all brt939 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you of time spent on the platform during an active session.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Contact support to initiate.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders during extended play sessions showing time elapsed and net betting activity.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions or updates to reflect changes in supported payment methods — may be made without prior notice.
